X.IJP) VJEU. COME MEH! V0Q KMOW WHERE VDUR PAL 300 VOUK AMD YOU TALKED THATfe HE Raer-e Chicago, Dec 28. iPh-Predictions that a second cold wave would over spread tha United States grain belt by tomorrow night moved Chicago wheat price up nearly a cent today. Trans-Atlantic purchasing both of United State and Canadian wheat assisted the market to mount. About 3,000 tons of Canada were bought for shipment to Palestine, and 2,000 tons from the United State to go to Norway.

Adverse domestic weather also stimulated demand, for com, and there were more complaint of scorching temperature in Argentina, where molsture-is-ungently needed by the new crop. About 400,000 bushel of United States corn was taken to be exported to Europe. At the close, Chicago wheat fu tures were 3-8-3-4 higher compared with yesterday's finish. May 68 1-2-5-8, July 68 1-4-3-8, com 1-4-1-2 up, May 53, July 53 7-8. oats 1-4-3-8 advanced, rye showing 1-8-1-4 bulge, and provision unchanged to 6 cents Jump, Helping the upward trend of value here was the fact that the Liverpool market on reopening after an extended holiday made more than a full response to advance scored this side of the Atlantic.

Com, rye, and oat responded to wheat market gain. Beside, low temperatures in the United States were expected to necessitate hav-ler feding of corn. Simultaneously, reclpts here dwindled to only 22 cars today. Oat advanced fractionally to sea sonal fresh top price records. Mod erate demand revealed notanle scantiness of offerings.

Rye supplies were meager. Provision reflected bulge of hog values and of cereals, but warehouse Interests were again sellers. March: open 67 5-8. high 87 7-8, low 67 5-8, close 67 7-8, May: open 68-68 1-4. high 68 5-8, low 68, close 68 1-3-5-8.

S. Dept ags.) Inquiries were received today for a number of grades of domestic wools and few bids were made on the Boston market but holders rejected most of the bids. Only small cleanup lots of shorn domestic fools were available at prices below last week's quotations and only an occasional sale was being closed at asking prices. Boston wool houses were quite consistently refusing to grant further, price concessions. BALTIMORE MARKETS Dec.
