Obituaries MRS. CHARLES B. ALBEA Mrs. Josephine B. Albea, 94, widow of Charles B.

Albea, died at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 21, 1982) in a local nursing home, where she had resided for the past years. Prior to that, she had resided with her son and laughter- Mr. and Mrs.

M. Kenneth Blair of 301 Archer St. She was born Oct. 3, 1887 in Augusta County. She was a former member of Mossy Creek Presbyterian Chruch and a charter member of Bethany Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her son and daughter-in-law, survivors include two grandchildren, Charles M. Blair of Waynesboro and Mrs. Eugene M. (Betty) Moyers of Staunton, seven seven greatgreat-grandchildren, two nephews and a niece. Her husband died in 1958.

A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Mossy Creek Presbyterian Church by the Revs. Otis L. Fisher and Charles P. MacArthur.

Burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Charles H. Upton, W.B. Floyd, Hugh M. Ralston, Donald F.

Clifton, Willie F. (Bill) McNeal and Jared J. Dunlap. Honorary pallbearers will be James M. Andes, Robert L.

Quick, Guy E. Thomas, J. Allen Carrier, Silvia E. Hicklin, William R. Hoover, John H.

Troxell and F. Paul Thacker. The family will receive friends from 7-8 tonight in Henry Funeral Home. It is suggested that those desiring may make memorial donations to the Memorial Trust Fund of the Staunton-Augusta County Rescue Squad, 1601 N. Coalter Staunton, Va.

She was born in Nelson County, Sept. 19, 1923, daughter of Oscar and Maggie (Lowe) Cash. She is survived by her husband, George L. Linger; one daughter, Miss Margaret Linger of Lyndhurst; four sisters, Mrs. James Wright of Lynchburg, Mrs.

Roy Mayo of Afton, Mrs. Cortland Morrissette of Richmond and Mrs. William Trapnell of Wilmington, Ohio; three brothers, Earl and Rodgers, both of Afton, and William Cash of Waynesboro; a number of nieces and nephews. A funeral will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday at Hebron Baptist Church by the Rev.

John Chafee. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be William and Melvin Chittum, Jerry and Leroy Parker, Darrel Cash and D.L. Surface. The family will receive friends at McDow Funeral Home Friday evening from 7-8.
